Episode 1
A letter from Bayta Mallow to her mother Roa
Synopsis
Onum Barr’s beloved daughter, Zita Manella Barr, who was thought to be dead, was alive. Manella invited Zita Bellis Mallow to her planet, Siwenna, and also brought along Zita Wanda Pulver, the daughter of the Pulver family from Trantor.
Zita Wanda Pulver was the first girl of the Pulver family.
Zita Bellis Mallow gave one of her two pendants to the girl from Trantor.
This gave the impression that the Second Foundation was finally approaching.
Zita Mallow’s daughter, Loa, had a very intelligent daughter, Bayta. The epic tale of Bayta and Mule takes place 300 years after the founding of the Foundation. This is how Bayta’s story begins.
Bayta’s parents bought Gaal Dornick’s farm again and began living there. Bayta would often come to stay from Mauve city (the capital of Terminus).
Nearby was Gaal’s dilapidated mansion.
Bayta secretly picked up the “Home Planet Exploration Report” that was found deep underground in Gaal’s mansion.
It contained a record of Gaal Dornick’s secret special mission at the time of the founding of the Foundation. Later, Arcadia inherited it from Giskard Hannis. The rest of this book will leave it to the reader to decipher its contents.
Bayta studies hard in Mauve city, learns about the brilliant achievements of her female ancestors and Gaal Dornik, and writes a letter to her mother, Roa, saying that she wants to revive and carry on Gaal’s legacy.
Chapter 34
“Caring for Gaia, empathizing with Gaia was started by a small number of people who woke up to the destruction of nature and the sudden exponential increase in carbon dioxide emissions after World War II.
At that time, humanity lost its sanity, and especially capitalists in the Northern Hemisphere exposed their endless desires in the form of exploitation of the people of the Southern Hemisphere.
Securing cheap labor became even more difficult after the Cold War, like a never-stopping train accelerating and rushing forward without knowing that there was a cliff just ahead.
The cruel scenes in the Southern Hemisphere had turned into hell. And it was only a matter of time before they realized that the punishment for that cruelty was turning in their direction.
The entire function of society was paralyzed. ” From “John Nack’s Book of Historical Thought.”

Mother Roa, how are you? I (Bayta) am studying hard at Mauve city. It’s almost time to write my graduation thesis.
The lavender fields that our ancestors cultivated on the outskirts are truly magnificent. The house of Terminus’ first ancestors, Gaal and Bellis, still stands in one area of those fields. How about coming back to Terminus with Dad Seewee?
Mum, tea trees and lavender are no longer produced anywhere in Terminus, and strangely enough, this is the only place that remains. The agriforestry that our grandmothers cultivated has also moved from Smyrno to Siwenna, Neo Trantor, and Kalgan.
For some reason, when I was reading the Children’s Book of Knowledge, I came across a passage that said that long ago, a scientist named John Nack was helped by a robot to evacuate people from a planet called Atacana to the planet Niff, and I thought that this somehow reminded me of Terminus.
Mum, I would like to do the same work as our ancestors. Although I’m not sure if I can do it now.
A young man named Toran, who says he comes from the same hometown as Dad Seewee, often comes to visit the apartment and brings more fruit than he can eat. Apparently his uncle and father were best friends. His home planet is Haven. What a nice name is it! However, the name of the merchant group is the Independent Trade Council, which sounds quite stern. From Bayta to his mother, Roa
