Part 2

Gaia

Synopsis

Finally, Daneel finds a similar ocean planet in the Milky Way Galaxy’s hemisphere. Daneel, as before, changed his name to Hummin and entered the Synnax University as if nothing had happened, waiting for Gaal Dornick. For some reason, Gaal began to tell Hummin endlessly about what he had discovered. Daneel, who is a robot, was deeply affected by Gaal Dornick’s extraordinary insight and was left speechless. A new epic tale for the Foundation was about to begin with Daneel’s exploration. He headed for Hari Seldon’s homeworld because he wanted to challenge his Zeroth Law with the potential of humans that robots do not possess. He had a premonition that something would come from there! The galaxy needed to recover from the disappearance of history, and it was essential to revive memories of the Earth, and at the core of this was the key to whether or not radioactive decontamination was the right thing to do. Daneel had an unavoidable major challenge ahead of him, which was blocking his bright future.

Chapter 7

Two types of people are characterized: the first coastal people, being thecoastal people, known as the Immalaids, and the later group being the inland hunters, the Mongoloids.” (Akira Nara fb.2019.4.9) Daneel’s ship was on the verge of leaving Earth, hovering in the skies above the ruins of Kassi City.

Leonard, who was highly sophisticated, had already proven to be a good conversation partner.

Daneel: “Leonard, what is the legacy left by the Heliconians from their time on Earth?” Leonard: In “The Book of Historical Thoughts” by John Nack, who lived in the 22nd century, he wrote, “This may be my own opinion, but there has never been a more groundbreaking era than the 20th century. This is because it gave birth to three great people who opened up the era of space development that followed. Among them, I would say that Drucker is the best. This is because he saw alight in the Nif people that other peoples did not have. That people had one outstanding ability that surpassed their many weaknesses.” Then Nack introduces a myth. “God called the ancestors of the Nihites and Heliconites to a pure river at the foot of a great peak and and instructed them to choose between two saplings. Until that point, they had been the same people. The group that chose the sapling bearing the fruit of knowledge went west, while the group that chose the sapling bearing the fruit of life moved east.” Nack cleverly quoted Nara’s writing…” Daneel: I also have a question I’d like to ask you. If that’s okay?
