Yamabuki

Dream of Foundation

Part 2
Gaia

Synopsis

The year before the start of Seldon’s trial, that is, in the year 12066 of the Galactic Calendar, Daneel Olivaw sets out on an expedition to Earth, the oldest home planet of humanity, to invite Gaal Dornick from Synnax and to reinforce Hari Seldon’s “psychohistory” and the two Foundations.

My science fiction, Yi Yin’s story, is based almost entirely on Isaac Asimov’s Foundation series and is permeated with the philosophy of “movement and newness” by philosopher North Whitehead.

Synopsis

Finally, Daneel found a similar ocean planet in the Milky Way hemisphere.

Daneel changed his name to Hummin as he had done before and entered Synnax University as if nothing had happened, waiting for Gaal Dornick.
For some reason, Gaal began to endlessly tell Hummin about what he had found. Daneel, a robot, was struck by Gaal Donick’s extraordinary insight and was speechless.

Daneel’s exploration was about to mark the beginning of a new epic for Foundation. He aimed for Hari Seldon’s homeworld because he wanted to challenge his Zeroth Law with the potential of humans that robots lack. He had a premonition that something would come out of it!

The galaxy needed to recover from the disappearance of history in order to recover, and it was essential to revive memories of Earth, and at the core of this was the key to whether or not to decontaminate the radioactive material.

Daneel had a major, unavoidable challenge ahead of him, and a dark veil hung over him.

Daneel asked him about the Heliconians, as if he had just remembered.

Daneel’s ship was finally about to leave Earth, flying over the ruins of the city of Cassi.

The highly advanced Leonard had already become quite a conversational partner.
The so-called world’s first settled civilization began with the species of haplotype D.

After absorbing various species from the Kina area with the species of haplotype D as the core, the later Niff people became the first inhabitants of the archipelago east of Kina. This was crystallized into the wabi-sabi( beauty within simplicity, frugality and patina ) of the Muromachi culture much later. The central symbol of this is the anecdote of Ōta Dōkan and Benisara, who built Edo Castle.

Chapter 9

“Seven and eight flowers bloom, but there is not a single fruit (mino=straw raincoat) of the Yamabuki tree, how sad” – Goshuiishu, Nakatsukasakyo Kaneaki Imperial Prince

Daneel : Leonard, I’m concerned that only the eastern clan uses the word “moved”; it is not used for the western clan.

Leonard : You’re right. Daneel. Similarly, according to Nack, it is written that the largest city of the Earth, “Yamabuki( kerria )”, was the first land where humans settled before the destruction of the Earth.

Daneel : The first and the last? !

Leonard : An ancient warlord was in the rain, asking a young girl for a raincoat. She handed him a single Yamabuki flower. After that, the warlord felt ashamed of what he had done and devoted himself to both the arts and the military, building the foundations of the megacity that was then called “Edo.”

Daneel : So self-purification is the essence of civilization ? And that power is sensitivity.

Daneel was silent, as if talking to himself, and imaged of the girl, Benisara( red plate). How pathetic but aethetic! Now the last mystery is solved.

Daneel : Leonard, I’m giving you a new mission!

Leonardo : What is that!
